Streamyx Connected But No Internet Access

Both tvs connected to my router but can not access the internet. You can do this by going to start control panels and selecting network connections. One tv is an lg and the other is a toshiba fire tv and they both stopped working simultaneously so i don t think it s a tv problem.

Find the reset hole it should be at the back of the modem on the right side of the on off switch as shown in the above image.
